Wardrobe Refashion Friday: Vintage Vogue

So here it is already, a little vintage Vogue circa 1960's, designed by Jean Patou, dress pattern bought late last week at Canberra Antiques Centre.

And... my interpretation of said dress using fabric which has been in my stash for more than a year, in grey green fabric with slight stretch (thank goodness!) Originally I had been tempted to shorten it, but I think it already sets thing on fire as is ;-)

Just perfect for a magazine launch this evening?

    Is that the orphan mag launch? Saw the thing on riotact and had a look at their facebook page -- looks interesting. I'll have to try and find one when I'm in town next.
