Rockstars and Royalty: Show Stopping Gowns

New to Canberra is British designer Vicky Kidd-Gallichan and Rockstars and Royalty. After 10 years designing gowns in the UK, Vicky has brought her unique style to Canberra.

Vicky describes her style as "a unique mix of punk rock chick and 50's glamazon" her gowns are certainly fit for fabulous diva brides and drama queens ready to stop traffic on their special day, and equally, fairytale princesses in breathlessly beautiful gowns.

Vicky uses her vintage Singer sewing machine "it's the only machine capable of getting through layers of leather and corseting"

Vicky's couture gowns are individually designed for each client and handmade in her studio in Canberra. She specialises in Victorian corsetry and corseted gowns and also makes tiaras and jewellery and can even decorate your shoes as the perfect finishing touch.
